* For whetstone orders, we only open lines to North America, Europe and Australia during the pandemic(via EMS delivery time 25-60 days). As for other regions, please send an email to email@example.com to confirm if it is available before you place an order.
Due to the instability of international transportation during the pandemic, we can only provide orders for whetstones to customers in certain regions. We are deeply sorry for the customers who have not been able to place an order. We will update the shipping information as soon as the international shipping returns to normal.
* Under the current situation, some shipping lines have become unstable. We therefore cannot guarantee that your package will reach you within the normal delivery time (about 20 days).
There are delays in delivery in some countries in Europe (such as Norway and Sweden), also in the eastern New York State and northern Illinois of North America. Parcel delivery in other countries and regions has resumed normal.
* For orders placed before June. There will be a delay of three to five weeks with the delivery of overseas packages to the US after 1st June.
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours Monday to Friday (excluding holidays & special circumstances, eg: vis major).
The delivery of the USPS(US):
The USPS generally only handles one delivery, the redelivery function stated on its website is basically never realized. Customers in the US please note your first delivery time to make sure that you don’t miss it. If you’ve missed the first delivery, please contact your local post office and collect your package there.

1. Please be sure to fill in a valid email address with which we can reach you directly. A tracking number will be sent to your email address after the package is sent.
2. Some countries or regions might cause tax fees in transit. The parcel might be detained in the Customs. (For the US customs, the parcel will be released in a few days.No tax fees required) If the buyer doesn’t pick up the parcel from the customs within 20 days. This parcel will be abandoned. Rong Ai will not compensate for any loss incurred as this result.

3. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Full and valid delivery address must be required.
If a PO Box is entered your order will be delayed until we can contact you for a valid delivery address.
Orders with inaccurate shipping addresses, missing information or orders needing additional verification may be delayed until we can contact you. Please make sure a valid phone number and email address are listed so that our customer service representative can reach you in a timely manner to resolve any issues.
4. The Express / postNL requires the buyer to sign for the package. The postNL will hold the package for a week in the local post office if the first delivery is failed. The buyer should contact the local post office for picking up the package.
5. For the first delivery failure, our staffs will contact you through Rong Ai’s official e-mail and phone: +86 20 3900 7593. No other contact ways, and no extra charges required. Please ensure that your email address / phone number is directly accessible to you.
6. If the freebies/gifts were damaged in transit, no compensation will be awarded.
