1. Should you find that RONA.AI’s knives are not a fit for you, we are committed to offering you returns within five days of receiving your product. The item must be UNUSED and packed in its original packaging. The return shipping fee will be paid by you. Please download and fill out this FORM.

We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Be sure to return the items via an insured and traceable method. Please pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our warehouse in good condition.

We will not return the payment of the order if a delivery failure happens. The package will be returned to our warehouse automatically. For more details, please check out the shipping information.

2. If you decide not to buy our tools during the transportation, please download and fill out the form, after acknowledging your receipt of the package. Mail it back to our warehouse to the address on the form. The amount will be refunded to you in full within seven working days after we receive the returned package.

In case there is unacknowledged receipt of the package, we will not refund any fees. (This is because the package will stay in Hong Kong Customs and will not be returned to our warehouse in mainland China.)


If we confirm the returned knives have arrived at the warehouse in China, we will commit to proceeding a refund within 2 working days.

If packages are lost during shipment, or confiscated by the customs. We are committed to offering you a full refund within 14 working days by receiving the information of ‘parcel lost’ through the forwarders. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at


In an effort to ship orders within a 24 hour period, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process to affect changes or cancellations. If you do not wish to keep your order, it can be returned for a refund at your convenience.
